Yilin Han

Yilin Han – Chinese accordionist, laureated of „Hans-Schaeuble-Award“ by Arosa Kultur in Switzerland in 2017.

Han is born in 1998 and since very young age she expressed interest for music, piano and accordion. Before college, she studied accordion with Prof. Jinming Ding, who is the member of Chinese Musician’s Association and the Vice President of Henan Accordion Society.  In 2014, she started to study with accordionist and educator Prof. Na Song and entered Tianjin Conservatory of Music in 2016 for further education.

Han has won many prizes and some of them are:

– first prize at the second „Hummingbird Music Awards–China Youth Music Competition“ in 2017,

– gold award at the fifth „Parrot Cup Accordion Competition“ in 2017 and was invited to perform in the final concert,

– second prize at the „China-Russia International Accordion Tournament“ in Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 2017.
